Our Mission
Behavior Works strives to build and foster communication, independent functioning, and life skills through an individualized, family-centered approach. Our programs are created by highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and are individualized to each child’s unique needs.

Michele Hanlon, BCBA
Founder / Clincal Director
Michele Tull is the founder and clinical director of services with Behavior Works LLC. In this role, Ms. Tull leads a team providing all aspects of therapeutic services, including ABA and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
A big believer in the Family Centered Approach, Ms. Tull supports treating the family as a unit. It focuses on children's safety and needs within the context of their families and communities and builds on families & strengths to achieve optimal outcomes.
Ms. Tull is a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a certified Florida Special Needs Educator. She completed her undergrad studies at the University of Miami and received her double-major degree in Psychology and Special Education. Ms. Tull holds a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling and Applied Behavior Analysis from Nova Southeastern University.
Michele Tull is no stranger to working with children with special needs, having spent 20 years as a ESE teacher internationally in Hong Kong and for Broward County schools , where she was nominated for the Sally Mae First Year Teacher award and Teacher of the Year.
To support functional communication and skill development, she provides services in schools, general and special education classrooms, family homes and community settings. Ms. Tull has attended trainings including PECS, TEACCH and Social Thinking, and frequently attends local and international workshops and conferences. Ms. Tull is a member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI), and Florida Association for Behavior Analysis (FABA).
